This program provides in school services and care coordination for Charles County Public Schools. Therapists will be Taking referrals for students are experiencing challenges that affect success in the classroom. This may look categorized by absenteeism, failing or poor grades, non-engagement, roaming halls, fighting, outbursts, send outs, test anxiety, depression, missing work, etc. Care Coordination will be provided by connecting participants to a multi-level continuum of care with community resources and community supports such as mentoring, resources and behavioral health care.
